By accessing or using the services provided by Waste London ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Waste London provides waste management and recycling services to residential and commercial customers in London. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Regular waste collection
- Recycling services
- Garden waste removal
- Construction waste disposal
- Hazardous waste management
- Waste audits and consultancy
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when scheduling services
- Ensure waste is properly sorted according to our guidelines
- Make payments for services in a timely manner
- Provide safe access to collection areas
- Comply with all local waste management regulations
- Not dispose of prohibited items through our standard services
4. Service Scheduling and Cancellation
Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled collection may incur a cancellation fee. Repeated missed collections without notice may result in service suspension.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of service booking unless you have established a business account with approved credit terms. We accept major credit cards, direct debit, and bank transfers for business accounts. Late payments may incur additional fees and result in service suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waste London shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
