We understand plans change. Below is our tiered cancellation policy for all waste collection bookings. Refunds are calculated based on how much notice you give before your scheduled collection.

| More than 48 hours before collection | 100% full refund |
| 24 – 48 hours before collection | 50% refund |
| Less than 24 hours before collection | No refund |
You can cancel a booking in two ways:
Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
If your collection could not be completed due to circumstances on our end (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability, etc.), you are entitled to a full refund or free rebooking regardless of the notice period. Please contact us and we will arrange this promptly.
